All fabric and quilt kits are non-returnable/refundable. All other merchandise such as patterns, gifts, and non-fabric items are returnable within 30 days of purchase. If you request to return items via mail, please note, the customer will be responsible for the postage to return the items, and it is requested the customer email us a notice prior to mailing the item back and also to send the tracking number to our email at BlackSheepQuiltCo@gmail.com.   Tickets for events, gift certificates/cards, or registration for classes and open sew days are non-refundable, but transferable to another individual.
